Product Description
Electrolytic tinplate sheet is produced by electro-depositing a thin, uniform layer of pure tin onto a low carbon steel base. This food-grade tinplate combines the mechanical strength of steel with the corrosion resistance and non-toxic surface of tin, making it a dependable material for food cans, beverage containers and aerosol packaging. The 2.8/2.8 g/m2 coating delivers balanced protection on both faces.
